The Manumed active wrist support reduces stress on the wrist whilst offering support with the stabilising splint.

  • Circular strap compliments the stress relief provided by the compressive knit and the volar hand splint
  • Pinpoint pressure relief on the ulnar styloid process enhanced by the anatomically designed strap
  • Non-stretch, breathable, moisture transporting fabric
  • Adjustable velcro straps
  • Easy to fit, slip on system
The integrated Clima Fresh function has antibacterial actions and reliably prevents odour formation. Bacteria are kept away from the knit to maintain fibre-deep hygiene.
The elaborately worked knit ensures a balanced microclimate of the skin. Moisture is transported reliably and quickly from the inner surface to evaporate from the outer surface. At the same time, the material’s active breathing structure guarantees the necessary oxygen supply.

Soft zones in the sensitive flexor areas ensure that the support does not press on or cut into the skin, even when worn all day long.

Material Composition
Polyamide, Polyester, Elastan

Quality Standard
Manumed active Rigid wrist brace with stabilizing splint
  • Painful attrition of the wrist (arthrosis)
  • Irritations and inflammations in the wrist (e.g. arthritis, rheumatic, through overstrain, after operations, etc.)
  • Wrist injuries, e.g. sprains
  • Tendon inflammations
  • Feelings of instability in the wrist

There are no known side effects if the correctly sized product is fitted as recommended. However, if supports (or similar aids) are too tight, this may lead to local pressure effects or the constriction of blood vessels or nerves in individual cases. You should thus consult your doctor in the following circumstances and before applying the support:

  • Diseases or injuries of the skin in the area of use, especially with inflammatory symptoms (excessive warming, swelling or reddening)
  • Paralgesia and circulatory disorders of the legs or feet (e.g. in the case of diabetes)
  • Lymph outflow disorders as well as unclear swellings of soft tissues outside the area of use

Any combination with other products (e.g. arm stockings) must be discussed beforehand with the attending doctor.
