What I love about medi® the most is their flat knit 550 fabrics for my Lymphatic clients. One in particular who has a tough shape with creasing had tried a competitive brand before accepting my recommendation to try the medi products. The patient has now been reordering it for about 3 yrs now and has nicknamed it “her BUTTER”, says it goes on like butter for her and keeps her so well contained to treat her. The patient says she is never going back to the “other brand” ever again.
For me, I love that medi gives me a safety net so I know I can get remakes accomplished when needed and work with me on truly customizable options. Their fabrics hold up well. Some of the other flat knit brands I have ordered fade terribly to almost gray after several wears by clients. I have never had that problem with any of the medi fabrics. Their customer service team is always at your fingertips also and for years has been a dependable resource!
